When any livestock leave our isolation premises by way of road and ship, we always travel with them and spend time once they are unloaded at the destination, to see they have settled.

With orders that travel by plane, we aim to have someone from our company on the ground at the airport of arrival, again to ensure that the animals have suffered no undue stress.

This also ensures a smooth transaction in that the customer can see we have a vested interest in promoting the health and welfare on the livestock and have a genuine interest in further developing the business.
